A short update as many of us head to the outdoor pool in Alvin for OctoPoloFest this weekend.
Training Schedule Update
There will be NO practices this coming weekend, October 2-3. That includes Middle School, High School, Masters and Swim2Score; we were unable to find enough coaches to run a session. We’ll be back the following weekend. And we added a make-up practice for high school and middle school on Thursday, September 30 from 7-9 PM. Seeya there.
OctoPoloFest
It’ll be shame when this tournament is over cuz we won’t get to say “OctoPoloFest” until next September. The schedule, results, rosters, weather (!), and more are available on our updated event page. I will be assisting Coaches Tom and Becca across all our rosters. Coach Tom says be there 30 minutes prior to game time. Don’t be late and be ready to get in the pool.
Suit Fitting
The the boys’ RYTE suit fitting kit, including both briefs and jammers, is with me. If your male athlete hasn’t ordered yet and wants to get correctly fitted make sure to ask me before practice. We want everyone kitted out and looking good before the November tournament. I’ll be staying in contact with RYTE about a women’s fitting kit (they ran out).
